This is the love of my life, Melissa, and I on one of the best days of our lives. This woman has meant more to me in the few months I’ve known her than anyone that has ever entered my life. She is undeniably my soul mate and, of course, my best friend. I met her on OkCupid and we exchanged tumblrs, spent all our time messaging and talking, skyping, and eventually visiting each other. She lives in Rhode Island and I’m from New York (4 hour difference) but we’ve made it a point to see each other every two weeks. In a few short weeks I’ll be moving to RI with her to start our life, together. I couldn’t be more excited to begin the next chapter of my life, waking up every day to the face that through it all leaves me smiling. True love is out there and it will find you when you’re not really looking.
